Only once we can actually watch your retailer. Nothing converts automatically.
Monitoring begins
Only after you activate. Until then nothing is being watched.
The refund terms, in plain words
It is fully refundable at any time before monitoring begins. If we have not invited you to activate within 14 days, we refund you without you having to ask.
It is not a subscription and it does not renew. Nothing converts automatically. Card refunds are returned by your bank on their own timetable, which is outside our control.
